Things are moving along well for the
Reunion, but there are time limits for
registration and participation in the events. Reservations must be made
by:

A block of suites has set aside at a
special rate of $99.00 until September 1..As of
August 9, 57 suites have been
booked.
Tee times have to be scheduled
for Saturday morning. The planned start
is 9:00AM.
We have 324 reservations for the reunion banquet. You can view those who have
signed up on the CRC website (www.crc-inc.org).
If you plan to attend please make your reservation now so others will
know you will be attending.
The site tour will be a bus ride
through the three Kanawha Valley sites (Institute, South Charleston, and the
Technical Center) with narrative provided by host from the sites. The tour will
last about 2 1/2 hours. Departures will be from the Embassy Suites at 9:00AM, 12:30PM,
and 3:30PM To join the tour, enter the number of tour participants in your
party on the blank provided on the registration form.
Response has been good. For security
reasons, the final tour participant list must
be given to the respective sites several
days before the tours. We cannot accommodate "walk in"
requests.
