FIN MINUTE (Friends in Need Information Item)
Now is a
good time to think about preparing for winter. As summer wears down vacuum dust
from heating vents, baseboard heaters, and the cold air returns to aid the
heating system. You might want to get the heating system checked before the rush
in the fall. While you are in the preventive mood check your gutters and
downspouts. Remind your friends and neighbors and offer to help those who may
need a hand.

Carbide Retiree Reunion a Success In
Florida
The reunion was held Friday, April 11th and
Saturday, April 12th, 2008 at the Doubletree Hotel Westshore in
Tampa, as have the last four reunions.

Web Site Revised
The web site has been revised and moved to
a new web hosting service as of October 4th, 2007. If you experience any
problems please contact the webmaster at the email address at the bottom of the
page. The site is now using a newer hosting technology and is
database driven.
New Retiree Health Promotions Coordinator for Dow Health
Services.
Leslie Sosebee is the new Retiree Health Promotions Coordinator for Dow Health Services.
She will be serving all Dow, Union Carbide and Dow Agrosciences retirees in the
United States. Find out more
